Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please cancel within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once your order is in production it cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my address after I place my order?

Yes. It's best to request an address change within 2 hours of purchase. If your order is already in production, you can request an address change, but I cannot guarantee that it will be possible. I cannot update an incorrect address once your order has shipped.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

IF YOUR ITEM HAS A DEFECT:

• Contact me within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the entire item along with the item defect and original packaging via email to wakaleka.com@gmail.com

I will review the problem and quickly issue a replacement.

The colors on my pillows are not as bright as the pictures. Can I get a replacement?

Significant color differences will be reprinted, but please bear this in mind: Printed colors on textiles will almost always seem less saturated (less intense) than the colors you see on a computer monitor or phone screen. Those differences will not be reprinted.

Can I purchase if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes, it is possible to pay with PayPal without having a PayPal account. You can use your credit or debit card to make a payment as a guest. This option allows you to pay directly through PayPal's platform without creating an account.
