We only offers replacements for faulty or lost orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement may a refund be provided in the form of a store credit once the item has been returned in its original condition and packaging.
For replacement of your product please notify us via email at email@example.com with photos of damaged product AND packaging within 7 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping a new product will be deducted from the amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
